Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage team of 3+, including scheduling, maintaining store atmosphere, and hiring.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products

  • Welcome customers to the store and knowledgeably answer their questions

  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

  • Maintain high knowledgeability on our inventory and brands

  • Work attire is keeping with the store style

  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, including calling

  • Add and manage new inventory

  • Manage communications: digital (Instagram, Facebook, email), advertisements (print and digital)

  • Utilize effective merchandising to highlight products


Skills

  • Experience managing a team of 3+

  • Friendly, personable demeanor

  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. High-end retail experience preferred.

  • Merchandising

  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

  • Availability to work flexible shifts

  • Quick learner

  • Basic computer skills

  • Looking for someone who is detail oriented, organized, persuasive, team player, patient, understanding and helpful

  • Self motivated

Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications:

-Love of fashion and of sharing fashion with our customers
-Previous sales experience
-Knowledge of current fashion trends and designer brands
-Able to work weekends and holidays
-Comfortable working one on one with customers, providing individualized customer support based on the personal needs of the client
-Must be able to stay on your feet for the duration of your shift (up to 8 hours with a 30 minute break)
-Ability to multitask and take initiative
-A sense of humor and team spirit! We like to have fun!
